Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Windows Cloud Server services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“ToS”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Definitions
- “Services”: Cloud server hosting, management tools, support, and related services.
- “Customer”: Any individual or entity using the Services.
3. Account Registration
Customers must provide accurate information during registration. Any false information may result in termination.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Services for:
- Illegal or harmful activities
- Distribution of malware
- Spamming or phishing
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.
5. Billing and Payments
- Fees are due in advance.
- Recurring payments may be authorized.
- Failed payments may suspend Services.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only when expressly stated in the Service Plan. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software used in providing the Services remain the property of Windows Cloud Server or its licensors.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these ToS
- Non-payment
- Security risks
Customers may terminate services by providing notice in the account dashboard.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Windows Cloud Server’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer during the prior 12 months.
11. Governing Law
These ToS are governed by the laws applicable where the Provider is registered. Any disputes will be resolved via arbitration or court in that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these ToS from time to time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
